Group Bookings: (defined as 3+ rooms booked and/or Events)
To confirm a Group Booking a deposit of 35% is required with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival. Group Bookings are accepted at the sole discretion of the Lodge and other special conditions may apply. Please communicate clearly with Lodge Management regarding all Group Bookings.
Cancellation Policy: (2x rooms or less)
Outside 90 days before arrival - no charge
90 - 31 days - Transaction Fee (NZ$30)
30 - 14 days - 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
Less than 14 days - Full charge for the room nights cancelled
Cancellation Policy: (Group Bookings)
Outside 90 days before arrival - Transaction Fee (NZ$100)
90 - 61 days - 25% charge for the room nights cancelled
60 - 31 days - 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
30 - 14 days - 75% charge for the room nights cancelled
Less than 14 days - 100% charge for the room nights cancelled
We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance in the event circumstances outside of their control cause cancellation and invoke a cancellation fee.
